I have fixed this ( game stuck at 100 % ) a few times for a couple of games. These games are gears 5, COD modern warfare and even happened on the latest state of decay 2 update. COD modern warfare and gears 5 now do this everytime they update, its annoying but is fixable and it seems this happens to a lot of people on these particular games. More Information
